Grounded feature families used across Valenar docs.

A Feature is notable generated or discovered content, sign, or fact inside a Location. If the content becomes enterable, exploitable, or developed, it should move into the Site taxonomy.

Natural Or Geographic Features

  • springs and water access
  • groves or dense stands
  • cliffs, chokepoints, and overlooks
  • cave mouths, fissures, and unstable openings

Ruined Or Built Features

  • ruin traces
  • shrine clues
  • watchtowers
  • broken wards
  • abandoned workings

Threat Or Pressure Features

  • tainted ground
  • ash fields
  • gate scars
  • ambush signs
  • predator trails
  • corrupted traces
