Facility Types

The following committed facility types belong to the Core Grounds personal-anchor layer. They serve the MC, named characters, wards, research, recovery, storage, and expedition preparation. They do not serve the population economy or settlement administration.

Household and Domestic

Care and Recovery

  • infirmary
  • gardens (kitchen gardens, herb gardens, medicinal plots, ritual / warding crops, small protected fields, orchard patches)

Livestock and Feed

Farming Categories

Core Grounds farming is household- and ward-scale, not a population food economy. The committed categories are:

  • kitchen gardens
  • herb gardens
  • medicinal plots
  • ritual / warding crops
  • small protected fields
  • orchard patches
  • fodder plots

Core Grounds farming supplies the household, named characters, and expedition needs. It does not feed the Settlement or substitute for settlement-scale agricultural infrastructure.

Notes

Core Grounds facilities strengthen the MC's fixed personal anchor rather than acting as settlement administration. See ../systems/gd-core.md.
